I noticed today this room (1854) is now 4 and 5 thousand dollars (3 people) for the new Liberty 2020-2021 sailing dates! We paid $2,400 before the reclassification. Crazy!

I've been hearing this for years. It will be great to finally see it happen.

Can't wait to eat at Chops in two weeks!

What is the age limit in the Serenity area on the Vista? Thank you.

Following! Have a great cruise!

Any new reports on these rooms from recent passengers?

Thanks for your review!

I don't like it. Print too small for me because I have Macular Degeneration. Probably won't be on here much.

Have a wonderful cruise! We love the Liberty!

We love dressing up for formal night! :D

DH, age 57 at the time (summer 2017), did the orange and green slides on Liberty with DS, age 15. DS was fine. After DH landed in the "collecting pool" area at the bottom of the slides, he slipped on the stairs coming out of that area, landed flat on his back and hit his head on one of the steps. He was laughing when it happened, but there was a crew member that showed up pronto to check on him. He was fine (just embarrassed). So watch your step and hold on to the rail.
I could totally see myself doing this! 😨

I'm not young but I really want to try the water slide, ect. on the Liberty. Is it more for youngsters or have any of you more "mature" cruisers been brave enough to try it? What was it like?

Personally, if I don’t have the money to at least get an oceanview cabin, then I consider the cruise to be out of my budget. Have only done inside cabins twice, both times on short cruises. I won’t do it again. Feels like I’m vacationing in a dark broom closet.
I will cruise without a balcony, but not without a window.

I'm really enjoying reading your review and beautiful pictures! Thanks for sharing! :D

Also, GS and above have a different breakfast menu. Which is in your Suite Life folder.
We do a balcony breakfast at least one sea day per cruise.
Thanks! :D

No, room service is free for guests in Grand Suites and better.
Thank you Bob! :D

I believe it is just the 2 VP ones 1854 and 1804 Here's an ongoing thread on the subject
Yes, you are correct.
-
Do Grand Suite or above passengers still have to pay the room service fee? Thank you. :)

I asked RCL about the VO class cabin, Ocean View Suite, on the Grandeur through a Facebook message. Here was their answer:
"You'll receive benefits equivalent to Grand Suites. Prior to 09/10/18, guests received benefits equivalent to Junior Suites. -Candy"
Thought that was interesting and that I would share.

I was just in 8626 and can confirm there was no pole. Here is a video I found before the cruise to get an idea of what the cabin looked like.
Thank you for posting. The room looks pretty worn but I like the layout and size. :)

8626 does NOT have the pole. Just watched a video tour and no pole.
Thank you! Can you post a link to the video? :)
