If you are staying in a suite, the butler will take care of your dining requests.
You can also go directly to the restaurant when it is open.
Enjoy Celebrity!
Wish we were in a suite. Booked aqua class this time...

Recently took care of booking a couple of shore excursions and 3 dinners. Of the 3 dinners, two are later than we would like. Is it possible to try and change them once on board? Also our TA also gave us a dinner but I was not able to book with it since not in hand. Is it best to just book first day on board? Do I just go to the restaurant?
TIA

Newbie to Celebrity here. What kind of luggage tags do they send you? If paper why not print on your own?
Did not see where to order them online, only where to print. Must have missed it.

Most airlines say that you have to check in your bag 45 minutes to an hour before a domestic flight for it to make it onto that flight. I am glad you made it but still too close for me.

We had a bad experience in Blu on Reflection. Too many cruisers can dine there and the staff was overworked. Long waits for food and the food came out on these big trays like at a wedding. We ended up walking out. After filling out a comment card the next day, we were assigned to a specific waiter and suggested what time to arrive. Things dramatically improved but sad to have to say something. Speak up if necessary.
We never had an issue on any other ship dining in Blu.
I am hoping all good in January. I will definitely speak up if necessary, no wall flower here 🙂
I was able to book 3 nights at specialty restaurants with our on board credit. Our TA also got us a certificate for another dinner but i was told i have to wait until on the ship to book it. Excited to try all these new places.
Cant wait for the cruise......

We are on the Reflection in an AQ cabin in January. This is our first cruise on Celebrity as well. Hoping that there are no issues with lines at dinner in Blu. We booked this cabin for that benefit and the spa.
We have been loyal Princess cruisers but they started doing things like this so now we are branching out. Sucks to have this happen so keeping fingers crossed.

We have been on over 40 cruises and I can say that we thoroughly enjoyed both us these shows. I know my husband did because he usually falls asleep and did not during these shows. Would gladly see them again!

Our first Celebrity cruise is in January. Just need to confirm: beach towels are different then pool towels? If you don’t bring the beach towels back to your cabin then you are charged? On Princess there has always been a place to put dirty towels before reboarding the ship. I assume not on Celebrity..
So to sum up we should leave the beach towels in the cabin and take pool towels instead??

I have received pendants for necklaces in the past. My niece loves them.

You can buy a bottle of Meclizine at the pharmacy counters at Sams club or Costco for about $4.50.
I never leave home without it!!!

Agree with others. We used Lyft to do just this in Feb. it was about $45. We waited for the crowds to get off ship and then walked off and ordered the ride. Very easy.

Thanks everyone. I will give them a call.

I have some family going on a cruise this December. I want to get them a gift but am not seeing what I want.
i am used to Princess and the ability to buy a dinner or give them an on board credit etc.
I don’t see this as being available although I see a $ voucher that they must redeem before the cruise.
Am I missing something?

We were on the Caribbean last month and they had Lactose free milk In a large carton in the buffet. It was not fat free, my fave, but I think 1or 2%.

My son has been cruising since he was 3 and is now 21. We took him all over the world for the culture and history, not for the beaches!

The difference is the Hyatt place is more of a hotel and each room has a sofa bed. A Hyatt house is like a residence inn. More for extended stay..
the Hyatt place 17th street is in a good location!

You get these when you are in a suite.

I have had food poisoning 2 times and both times it happened the same day within about 5 hours of eating. The doc told me it CAN come on that quickly for some people. I am proof it did...

Wonder who told you that.
Direct from https://www.ncl.com/termsandconditions/promotions
Shore excursion credit is applicable for each port, including debarkation port, and is not transferable to other ports. Use the credit or lose it.
Wait, for the $20 transfer to airport? No, can't be used for that. For an excursion that ends with you being dropped off at the airport? Yes..
Yes we just wanted to use it as a transfer to airport and told no. Must do a post cruise excursion and then drop off at airport to use.
-
I wanted to use it for the post cruise transfer and was told no. Must be an actual shore excursion. Oh well...

We were on the Escape in August and thought Cagneys and La Cucina were great. Bayamos was average at best.
Don't remember getting the fries at Cagneys though.
-
We were on the Escape in August and my hubby wore pants to Bayamo. A few other men walked in wearing shorts and had no problems.
So he then decided to wear shorts to all other restaurants and had no problems either.

Thanks everyone. I have sticky paper I bought just for printing out cruise tickets. I will print my own!
