I would get a copy of their onboard account. They are easy to get either on the app or a printed copy. The onboard account shows the starting OBC and then a balance as gratuities, drinks, purchases are subtracted. Once onboard I believe the cruise personalizer no longer shows the OBC because it is now being used for the onboard account.

We had Covid FCC for five days of isolation for my wife from a February 2023 cruise. It took quite a number of weeks (perhaps 3 or 4 months) for the FCC to show up in her cruise credit account. In the meantime we had booked a Princess cruise for this November and one for February 2024. The Covid FCC was applied to the November 2023 Trans Atlantic cruise--I don't remember if it was applied automatically or if we had our Princess cruise planner apply it. Then my wife had foot surgery. We had to cancel the TA November 2023 cruise and replace it with a September TA 2024. When we did that we had our Princess Vacation Planner apply the Covid FCC to our February 2024 cruise.

We were on the Enchanted in January and the Caribbean Princess in February. The menu on the app was always consistent with the actual menu. The only exception was the menu items that were always available were not always on the app.

We were on this cruise also. We had a suite so were able to disembark in the earliest luggage tag color group. We were given an estimated time of 8:15. Our color was called between 8:00 and 8:15. Passengers who were able to walk off with their own luggage were able to disembark much earlier.

I believe these are from Princess Promotions and not from Princess. I was presented with one of these packages when I had contacted who appeared to be my CVP. I find out this person is a Contractor, External to Princess. May be good; may not be. The package did not appeal to me.

Since my longtime PVP had retired, I requested a new one. I received an e-mail pertaining to be from a Princess CVP advising me that he was my new CVP. When I spoke with him about an issue I was having doing an online booking, he advised that he could not override the guarantee only stateroom selections. Then he went into the spiel about a Balcony Package that cost $5999 and listed all the benefits of the package. I declined, but found out he is a legit PVP/TA but is also trying to sell these "bonus" packages from Princess Promotions. I usually book online with no help from a PVP, CVP, or Princess rep.

We are still booked and excited that Medallions are on the way.

I just updated mine. Works just as good as before.

I have taken my iPad on several Princess cruises in the Caribbean. I don't use it for streaming, but for deleting e-mails each morning, reading the news, and keeping up on sports results.
