  2. I check mine on my app every day to make sure I have not been charged in error for anything. Especially check the last night and disembarkation morning.
  3. Staterooms on deck ten in the sphere reported hearing loud noise from the Piazza dance parties late at night. Is that still a concern?
  4. Sun Princess dining reservations have not been opened for that far out. Being a new ship, the dining reservation openings are being released slowly--a couple weeks at a time...Don't know how far they have been opened, but I keep looking since we are booked on the Sun in September.
  5. We are booked on the Sun Princess, deck 10 in the sphere, for this fall. On the first Sun cruise there were some complaints registered about the noise level from the piazza for staterooms in the sphere on deck 10. Is this still an issue or have the loud events been moved to another venue?
  6. On our last cruise which was the Enchanted Princess in Feb 2024, we had to call room service for the exchange. We exchange all 20 items for 20 diet cokes since we do not drink alcohol. Room steward could not do the exchange.
  7. Is the music sound muffled such that ear plugs would block it? Or is it so loud that an average person would have trouble sleeping?
  8. Please report on the amount of piazza sound on staterooms in the sphere on deck 10. We are scheduled for 10428 later this summer and are not late night people.
  9. Posted just now We did not need the boarding pass when we recently boarded the Enchanted Princess in Port Everglades on Feb 16. If I remember correctly, the luggage tags were available on the new app; but perhaps I just printed them off the website on my desktop. If the luggage tags are available on the new app, they would be on the main page. In the middle where the check in tab is, if a person scrolls that line to the left, luggage tags will appear only after final payment date. Same line of tabs has the boarding pass but only when cruise is within 10 to 15 days. But boarding pass not really needed.
  10. I am currently onboard Enchanted Princess with iPhone. Updated new app. Does not show booked future cruises. When I attempt to add them it states booking number not found. Perhaps while on a cruise I can’t access future ones. But in two days we disembark. Will see if all future cruises show up then
  11. I like the medallion and use it for the same reasons I used to use the card. Getting through security while leaving or returning to the ship, opening the door to the stateroom, purchasing coffee at IC, purchasing anything on the ship. The medallion app on the phone is not necessary while using the medallion. But I like the app on the phone because it shows the schedule of events each day, the menu for the MDR, and my onboard account. I use it for nothing else.
  12. Thank you for the info. I did not know there were tabs hiding some things. When I swept the screen to the left, the other tabs showed up including boarding pass, luggage tags link, and others.
  13. I realize the boarding pass is seldom even viewed when boarding. But in our new app, it states that the boarding pass will appear 11 days prior to sailing. We are just within nine days prior. We are in the green lane with our medallions to be delivered today. The old app has been displaying boarding passes for two days. Is it just me or do the passes not show up in the new one? If they show up, where in the new app do they appear.
  14. That would take major changes from what we experienced a year ago in Ft. Lauderdale. We had our medallions sent to us at home. Embarkation was going through security, being directed to a check in agent who scanned our medallions and checked our passports, then sent us to boarding where the medallion was scanned to show that we had in fact embarked.the ship. We needed the medallion to access our stateroom.
  15. Last year when we were in a suite the dining room for suite guests was called Club Class dining and was, as above, a separate part of one of the main dining rooms.
  16. I just received verification of my ownership of CCL. Took about one week to ten days. Redeem perk is now green. I had made a copy of my brokerage statement, and then attached it in the request to Stockperks. Reading the terms and conditions indicated that this is only good for cruises starting through July 31, 2024. So I guess I have to resubmit prior to my September cruise.
  17. I meant security when I wrote customs. But thank you for your replies; makes us feel better that the plane change is just like changing planes for flights within the US. We are at terminal B for both flights.
  18. Actually bottles of water are prepaid, not free, with Plus and Platinum. Nothing is "free". But I know what you meant.
  19. I don't know about having bottled water in the cabin upon boarding, but I do know a person can purchase bottled water onboard. No free water that I know of until elite mini-bar or in a suite. The MDR is usually open for lunch on embarkation day, but only until 1:00 or so. We have been on Princess cruises in the past when we could drop our carry ons before lunch; but we have also been on Princess cruises when access to all stateroom floors are denied until 1:00. Will also be on Enchanted in February.
  20. We will be flying international business class from Orlando to Athens this fall. Plane change as booked is at JFK and is 2 hours 16 minutes. Airline is Delta. We have never flown international so don't know how long or where we go through customs--Orlando or JFK. What is a safe layover to change and to do whatever we have to do. Thanks.
  21. We will be flying in late July from Orlando to Barcelona for a cruise that ends in Athens. I have booked flights through EZ air, but I want to make a change. Best price when I booked was Delta from Orlando to Barcelona and United from Athens to Orlando. Now I am trying to change through EZ air online so that we can fly the same airline both ways. EZ air online seems to not allow me to do that. Is there a work around. Thanks
  22. My problem was corrected today. My booking missing from the app was the first booking of the back to back on the Sun Princess. I tried to get it fixed through online chat, but after communicating back and forth on the issue, I lost my chat connection with the agent. About a half hour later I checked the app again and discovered that the missing booking was now on the app, combined with the booking for the second leg of my back to back. The back to back is now listed on the app as a single booking, but with the booking number of the second leg. On Princess web site, they are still listed as two separate bookings with the original booking numbers. Don’t know if agent fixed it after losing connection or if data system auto combined the two.
  23. I have this exact same problem. I have a confirmed reservation showing on the website, but I cannot get the journey to show up on the medallion app. States booking number not found. However, I have a later Sun Princess booking that does show up on the app. Help
  24. I believe you can bring a 12 pack in aluminum cans. Princess says you have to carry them on with you rather than check them with the porters at embarkation.
