  1. Did exactly this but it was taken care of by the girls working the desk and they weren’t the Maitre’ D

Had the same table for 20 days across 2 cruises.

We eat at 5pm because that’s where the flexibility is to make this happen. (That’s what we were told)

So I would assume that if each of the 3 cabins had a different shareholder with 100 shares each, they would all be able to obtain the OBC - even if all the cabins were all paid for by the same person. But I wouldn't want to assume that without checking with the shareholder benefits team first.

Doesn’t matter who pays as long as the Shareholder is in the cabin.
I could see a problem  if the shareholders are listed on the same investment but in different cabins.

Apologies if asked before, if I own the 100 shares and have an upcoming cruise where I am getting three cabins (taking adult children) which I am paying for do I get the OBC for all three?   Each room has its own booking number.   Instead of a long call with Princess was hoping someone on here has information.   I reviewed the CCL info sheet but couldn’t garner any information unless I missed something.   Thanks!

    The wording states

Only one onboard credit per shareholder-occupied stateroom

Thank you!!! This is huge for us as we’re AARP members, but never knew about this 10% GC perk! If I might ask, if we’re also paying for our son and daughter cruises, can we use these gift cards to pay for their cruises as well, since we’re paying for them anyway?

Yes! They are just “normal” GC not linked to your account.

**** Keep the cards tho, if you cancel it’s refunded back to the same gift card.

  5. Issue Resolved.
Guest Services was able to reinstate  the bookings and offer no understanding as to why it was canceled to begin with.

They seem to be going through some sort of transition period with all the issues lately.

    Mind your bookings 😁

  6. Just a friendly Reminder-

Keep track of your bookings, I went to prepay for gratuities for a longer sailing and realized it was missing from personalizer. Upon further investigation I noticed my assigned cabin was available.

I called Princess and found out it was cancelled, not the cruise just my reservation.
No email, phone call or even a refund of funds. The sailing isn’t until 2024 so it wasn’t due to lack of payment.

Keep track of your bookings, excursions, payments and everything else.

*Still waiting on a resolution on hold with guest services

I'm trying to but elite Internet pre cruise at 50%discount, obviously trying to use the Medallion app and its not working. Is it the same price on embarkation day.

Double check that the App shows you as Elite.
i fought this battle once before and am unfortunately doing it again.

I have updated. I think the problem is we are elite (76 cruises)and the appl shows us as Blue.  I  told my travel agent and she said she will look into it.This has been wrong for a year and calling in the past has done nothing. We have had six cruises showing us as Blue so that never changes. I did order Medallions this evening and the order is correct showing Black. So the appl only recognizes some thing correctly for us.

I had the same issue. You have to open a ticket and it took over a week to fix. The regular Princess reps can’t help you.
