  1. I’m sure your TA will enjoy sorting this one out ! . If the fcc numbers are the same then you are still quids in.
  2. Interesting indeed ! The wording is the exactly the same as the fcc given for change of port from Venice to Ravenna. Does the new email have the same format with booking ID etc and is the Certificate Number different or the same as your previous certificate? Does it look like picture below? Possibly a duplicate or indeed you got lucky! But it is unlikely that it is for a post cruise survey.
  3. Disembarked my first Onward cruise 2 weeks ago. Number 13 on Azamara…so could have been unlucky ! But Onward did not disappoint at all, and although our two previous cruises on Journey and Quest this year were also great cruises with low numbers of guests, I thought Onward was a notch up on both of those. The staff , nearly all new, were incredible and they were just intent on making our cruise as enjoyable as they could. They were all so welcoming and remembered our names within moments. Discoveries service, food choices and quality were really very good with many items new to me. Never had to wait to be seated. Every wait staff we had were superb. Speciality restaurants exceptional and some familiar senior faces from the other ships made it very special. Plenty of space around the ship, and at just over 600 guests , we were told it was the most they had so far on Onward. So this truly was a test of how it could run at near capacity. Perhaps didn’t see alot of Senior staff around the ship as we usually do. Our cabin whilst extremely clean , was looking tired , some of the furniture was a bit rough around the edges but I think it’s work in progress and it in no way detracted from a really wonderful cruise. I was travelling with a first timer on Azamara ( previous P&O, Princess) and they were very impressed with the total inclusivity of the cruise and friendliness of fellow guests. It was definitely interesting to experience life onboard through their new eyes. Would have no hesitation in looking at cruises on Onward again.
  4. I’ve fitted 4 suitcases under the beds in each of oceanview, balcony and CC ( I dont travel light ) !! Certain Suites have complimentary access to the Spa Terrace on deck 9. Its not a large area.
  5. Yes @Grandma Cruisingand @Scots Caz agree also. This is from the European Commission website and is current at present. “ For the purpose of travel within the EU, your vaccination certificate will be valid for 9 months(precisely 270 days) after you complete your primary vaccination (1 or 2 doses). Certificates issued for a booster dose do not have a maximum validity, though this might be introduced by the Commission if scientific evidence supports this. At this stage, the Commission does not propose a validity period for certificates issued based on booster shots. This means that the 9-month validity period should not apply to certificates issued following booster shots. It can be expected that protection from booster vaccinations may last longer than that resulting from the primary vaccination series. The Commission will closely monitor newly emerging scientific evidence on this issue. On this basis, the Commission may, at a later stage, propose if necessary to introduce a validity period also for vaccination certificates issued following a booster if necessary”

    Azamazing Evening

Yes it is a very good evening. Welcome drinks and great entertainment in a very unique setting.
  7. @Lookyboy FDA….Food and Drug Administration
  8. @roberts2005 now the fcc have started coming through. (our cruise was 23April) it hopefully shouldn’t be too long , if they are doing them in date order. Although some do appear to be out of sequence!🤷‍♀️
  9. Update !! Email received from Azamara today with details and reference number for the FCC from our cruise that ended in Ravenna on May 1st. Happy Days!
  10. I would agree with you. That is why it seemed plausible when the Future Sales guy Matthew said the amount was dependent on the new cruise you booked and not what you were in when they changed Venice. Which now seems incorrect. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We did final payment recently on an October one and there was no fcc sitting anywhere! Something soon would be good!
  11. “As a reminder, all guests booked on this voyage prior to March 31st will receive a Future Cruise Credit of $250 per stateroom for insides and oceanviews, $300 for verandas, and $500 for suites. This Future Cruise Credit will be available once your voyage has resumed and can be redeemed on a new Azamara voyage.” This is from the April email. I had originally thought fcc payable according to cabin on the affected cruise. Future Cruise member then told me otherwise 🤦‍♀️. But rereading it again it looks promising for our $500 . With another cruise affected in October Im hoping we can use both payments together for a future cruise ?
  12. That would certainly be helpful as we were in a CC and it would be $500. Im only relaying the information Matthew gave me on Quest. We disembarked in May 1st so we are way overdue this fcc.
  13. We are also awaiting the fcc from Quest ending May 1st, although the amount is determined by the new cabin booking not what you were in when the port changed. ( I was told this by the Future Cruise member of staff onboard ) We will be doing the transfer from Ravenna to Venice again in October , hopefully they will be up to speed with the fcc. If both an embarkation and disembarkation was involved theoretically you should get 2 fcc.

  15. We used Romeinlimo to go the other way. Made an online enquiry and they replied within the hour. Very prompt and they handled all our luggage. Pay cash to the driver at the end.
  16. Just for clarification. The four included bottles of spirits in suites are 375 cl only. On our April cruise we had 3 x 375 cl …Gin, Vodka and Bacardi and for some reason, a one litre bottle of whiskey which I left in the cabin.
  17. Which ports are you visiting @mumcat? We had shuttle into Dubrovnik whilst docked there, if tendered you’ll be dropped in the centre. You'll not need a shuttle in either Zadar or Kotor, both are very easily accessed.
