  1. Looking forward to the cruise. Haven’t been on MSC in 2 years.
  2. Anyone know the masking policy on the Seashore? We sail July 9th and just curious what the current policy is.
  3. To be so lucky when we cruise in July. But, YC won’t be so bad.
  4. I am not looking for YC on Holland. I want good experience with service and dining. I am not looking for a loud hairy chest contest on the lido. We are past that. I like the older ships with good service. We have never done an Alaska cruise. We wanted something different.
  5. I have sailed on several with about 50 cruises so far. By far my favorite is MSC YC. We will be on the Westerdam in late September. What would you say are the differences that would separate HAL from the other lines? We just got back from another Carnival cruise (I am Platinum) and feel that we would enjoy HAL.
  6. Good night sweetheart it’s time to go. If you choose Chefs Table I hope everyone enjoys it as we did the first two times. I really didn’t mean to cause any controversy. It is a great experience. Cheers!
  7. They were at the same Chefs Table I was. You weren’t there. I was. The total lack of respect, to the chef and the other guest was uncalled for. They came after a long day of drinking and it only got worse as the wine continued to be poured. There are jerks of all ages and the ones at my Chefs Table were “under 36 year olds.
  8. You are 100% right. Alcohol and ignorance and youth is not a good mixture. But, the chef and his staff did a great job and it came us more opportunity to interact with the chef.
  9. My wife, mother-in-law and I attended Chef’s Table last week on the Breeze. There were 14 in the room with nine of the guests under the age of 36. They were the rudest and loudest guests that I have ever seen at a dining experience. One even said, I wish he (the chef) would just serve the food without the monologue. They talked over the chef and I really felt bad for him as he explained the course. My suggestion would be, when possible to place the younger guests together and the more mature guests together. Then they could take all the selfies and talk to each other as much as they wish.
