Why can't everyone just read the dress codes before booking their cruise and adhere to it thereafter? The majority of people are happy to adhere it and probably actually enjoy that aspect of the cruise and a minority want to go about pushing the boundaries to see what they can get away with. There are plenty of other cruise lines with a less "demanding" dress code so why don't those people select them instead? No doubt there will be a number of people will disagree but hey ho!

There are countless threads and replies on this subject. Have a look for them. He won't be able to use the Main Dining Room on any evening wearing a tee shirt but will get away with it in the buffet.

I'm not surprised. We've never experienced it on other ships but always on Britannia.

We've been on Britannia a number of times and have always finished up with a terrible cough and so have many people others, so I fully expect that to happen again. We've also come across Norovirus on various ships. In our experience there are plenty of people that completely ignore all hygiene precautions and many don't use hand gel or wash hands prior to dining unless there is a member of staff.

I hope so as I think we have the same policy.

I had mine cut at that price a few years ago. The hairdresser tried his hardest to sell me a shave etc etc. It is a basic haircut and not worth more than a £10. A couple of years ago my wife booked a shave and facial for me at about £90. The barbers chair was seized and wouldn't recline and the girl said it was my fault because I didn't fit the chair. I asked if that was because I was a freak of some sort. Anyway, she said I would have to lie on a massage table for a shave. I wasn't convinced but even less so when she brought out a Gillette disposable razor. I told her where to stick it and demanded a refund. I complained when I got home but P&O said it was nothing to do with them as they were a private company. Not a pleasant experience I'm afraid.

We Ballroom dance and my wife apparently needs matching shoes and dance shoes as well so he's getting off lightly.

I phoned P&O and asked them if you could "pool" your luggage allowance and take 3 suitcases and they assured me this wasn't a problem so long as no case was more than 23kg and the total less than 56kg for Premium. That's a case for me and two for my wife.

No wonder you're so angry. I feel for you and 100% agree with you. Yet again P&O Customer Service falls way short.

I received an email this morning notifying me when the Seat Booker for my flight opens.

I'm pleased you managed to book your seats but not impressed that you weren't informed that the Seat Booker was available. I think we must be on the cruise after you, have a great time.

Did you receive any notification that they were being made available?

I spoke to my TA today and they told me they had an email from P&O today saying that they had hoped to have the Flight Booker running today but there was a problem and hoped to sort it soon. They will email when available. I'm going to check it regularly.

We fly to Caribbean on 18 November and we're still not able to book seats.

The flights were announced about a week ago.

We are down to 10 weeks and the Flight Booker isn't available. Have you had it confirmed that it will be available next week?

Please can someone give me an idea of when the Flight Booker is available for Caribbean flights? I know it is supposed to be 14 weeks but they are currently a lot less than that. TIA
