I reserved Crystal Serenity/MIA cruise with waitlist for cabin I wanted, and was assigned an upgraded cabin, no additional charge a few days layer. They also gave me a 5% discount for prior sailing on old Crystal.

Can you elaborate on what areas you refer to? I booked Crystal because of the low solo supplement compared with other Cruise lines, and I enjoyed previous solo experience on Crystal, under previous owner.

Does Crystal under the new ownership still have Crystal Society Membership, and are credits and # carried over from previous cruises? I find no information on Crystal Society on the new website.

Not a good sign. I am booked on a Virgin cruise in October with cruise credits from a previous cancellation. At this point I will be happy if they are even still in business in October.
