  1. Out of curiosity, had anyone who’s had missing loyalty points gotten it sorted? I’ve send 2 forms in to no avail. TIA
  2. We are having similar issues with the transition, but not as drastic - at least at this point. We happened to go on the outbound carrier's site only to discover we no longer had seats. We can only spring for premium economy, but we had 2 side seats together. I called the carrier (only 45 minutes on hold) and was told the seats were cancelled by "the travel agent" because they were not ticketed. I'm not sure which "travel agent" they were referring to. Now, our only options are either sit apart, each of us by the window and one seat has a charge or sit 3 across, again for a charge. Why are these seats so special that I need to pay $68 a piece for? If I purchase these, will they get cancelled again without a refund? No, it is not the end of the world, but we paid for some comfort, now we need to pay additional for less. Just add it to the frustration....
  3. You were able to make those choices using "Choice Air". Maybe it was just in the US? Who knows how it will be moving forward.
  4. I spoke with my TA yesterday and she said not to do anything on the new system that involved money. That was after I cancelled some shore excursions and it became a mess.
  5. I'm glad others are getting their loyalty sorted, but it's not the case here. My husband received a response to the form (I sent mine in earlier and have heard nothing). Now he has 2 loyalty numbers, one started the day of the fix with 0 points, the other with the incorrect amount that has been showing all along. I plan on filling out the new form that was included with the email and we will see where we go from there. I have to say I am no longer very excited about our upcoming cruise. Our account has been such a mess that I'm not sure how Azamara will win me over despite the good service we will receive once onboard. Our last cruise was not up to the usual Azamara standards, and I was hoping it was just a one off. After all this, it will be hard to get onboard with an open mind.
  6. I have had no response from Azamara about my loyalty points issue. I had to send the form twice as after I sent it the first time, my points went down even further. What really frustrates me is that they weren't correct before the site shut down. I called and was told that they would be fixed that week, which never happened. We have changed loyalty levels and I really don't want to miss out on the additional perks. My TA assures me that she will get this sorted, but I'm not a very patient person.
  7. Has anyone cancelled shore excursions on the new site and actually gotten a refund? We have a few that we’ve booked with our cc that we would like change. I’m worried that I might not ever see my refund. TIA
  8. What do you mean you can't go any further - as in book shore ex?
  9. Are you looking at a private tour or your ship's excursion? You could either contact the tour operator or your cruise line's shore excursion department and they should be able to help you.
  10. We are on the Norway cruise with you and we have the same issue. We also have a 2 million dollar shore excursion on the books. As long as you have a hard copy, I wouldn't be too concerned.
  11. I have the same issue! My phone says I have 3 times the points the computer shows, both are incorrect. Maybe they are giving us bonus points for being such patient customers.
  12. My disappeared as well and I thought the same thing. It's back, loyalty still incorrect and we still owe $2 million for our shore excursions. Nothing has changed.

  14. I'm sorry, I actually owe 2 million! Man, their prices certainly have gone up for a V2. I can't imagine how much a suite is.
  15. My future cruise finally showed up this morning, along with an outstanding balance of $2000 (it's paid in full). The cruise has now disappeared; I have no loyalty information at all.

  17. We did fairly quickly after cancelling our February cruise.
  18. We've done a guarantee OV twice, once we are assigned an accessible cabin, once an obstructed view. The obstructed view cabins are smaller, the accessible, although it had more room, had less furniture and at the time, nowhere to storage in the bathroom. And I mean none, not even around the sink. We knew this ahead of time and brought an over the door shoe bag to put things in.
  19. Has anyone had experience with both general OBC and credit specifically for shore ex? I'm wondering if their system is smart enough to use the shore ex credit first when you book the excursions on line or do you need to call them. TIA
  20. My guess is the cruise line would make a decision when you get close to your arrival date as conditions are changing on a daily.
  21. Has anyone taken their children on a cruise outside of school holidays? I'm wondering if there were other kids onboard, I'm thinking about a 10 year old. Is there enough for them to do on Celebrity? TIA
  22. Can anyone tell me about the gym onboard and does it have kettlebells? TIA
  23. I know this has been asked many times, but I still can't remember the answer. If I'm on cruise A and have a future cruise B with a lot of OBC, can I use the credit while I'm onboard cruise A to buy the indulgence package for cruise B? TIA
