  1. Thanks for the pic. We live in SD and missed her!
  2. Have the cabins on the Rotterdam been upgraded? TV on wall vice the desk. Thanks!
  3. If you are on a ship in a port and they don't have rat guards on, then I would worry!
  4. You can order a pot of hot water and tea from room service.
  5. We are taking this tour in May. What were the entrance fees?
  6. We are looking at using HAL post cruise in Venice due to not wanting to drage luggage across town. Does anyone have any experience with the Hotels there? 😎
  7. On a land/sea cruisetour we were not charges gratuities. Were given info on our docs on who tip and how much (suggested).
  8. Can you fit a purse and a backpack under the seat?
  9. Thank You! BTW, how was the temperature in the Westerdam MDR?
  10. We are doing the Land first in a couple weeks. Where is the best place to purchase souvenoirs, specifically knives, totem poles (small), and canned salmon. Thank you
  11. I asked HAL aboot the TVs. They have no jacks and are not bluetooth capable. On an a feed several people said the use baby monitors to hear the announcements on the TV, I found one on Azon. VTech DM111 Audio Baby Monitor with up to 1,000 ft of Range, 5-Level Sound Indicator, Digitized Transmission & Belt Clip ($19). We are going to use it on our upcoming Alaska cruise, hopefully it works.
  12. We love the adt facing rooms, the verehdah is longer, partially covered. I attached pics of the deck. Here is a link to the way the room looked in 2016. http://halfacts.com/vista-class/4181-Oosterdam/
