We try to go to all the trivia games. Just look in the fun times and look to see where it is being played. We have about 15 ships on a stick, mostly from winning trivia. 60's and 70's are our favorite.

I am a Margarita lover, and just wondering what a spicy Margarita is?

Me too!!

I just now looked at the deck plan, and the cabins are directly across the hall from each other. Your balcony door WILL NOT open out to the ocean.

February 28 on the Breeze!!

Hubby and I enjoyed the steakhouse, but to me, it was not worth the extra money.
-
The late night seating usually has an earlier show before their dinner. At least that has been the plan on our other cruises.

We are sailing the Breeze 2/28/15, and when we booked, the agent told my husband that there is no YTD. Is this true?
-
Kim,
how is school going? Or have you graduated and are working?
we were on the same cruise as you and your family a while back.

Enjoy your cruise when you go, and in the meantime, take your ex to court and make him pay you child support. I don't know of any state where that responsibility stops on the 16th birthday! It is a moral obligation to support your children, but I would bet it is also a legal one.
Good luck!

I agree! At least 2 more years is his obligation.
Also, don't forget to get a permission slip, from him, saying that you have permission to take your daughter out of the country. That's all you would need, to get to the pier and have them tell you that you can't sail because you do not have your ex's OK.
Go and have a wonderful time!!

Thank you very much.

I know it has been asked and answered, but, I am having a senior moment. How many "dress up" nights are there on a six night cruise? Please, don't flame me!

Anyone have any opinions of Hennie Van Heerden? We have been sailing with Carnival for a long time and have never even heard anything about him. (good or bad)

If you check the deck plans it indicates the rooms that are joined by looking at the legend at the bottom of the page.

while it might not be required, I would think it would be something that would be logical to take.
if something were to happen to you and the medic team on board or at a port needed to know what drugs you take and the doses for each, would the person you are with know everything (including to dose?)
if you become incapacitated for any reason and someone needed to know what you took or are taking, you should have it documented somewhere. Keeping them in the original bottle is the easiest but a list from the pharmacy or even a list that you draft up would be something I think would make sense.
I have never taken my meds in the original boottles, I would need a separate suitcase. I do, however, carry with me at ALL times a card that lists all my meds and the dosage. It is just a card, about the size of a business card, (got it from my doctor).

So, Kings Island is in your back yard. We live in Fairfield.

kr, what part of Cincy do you live in? We are about 30 miles north of downtown Cincinnati.

Carnival does a "Electric White Night" party....NCL does "White Hot Party". Never went to Carnival's, it usually starts around 10:30 in the disco. Went to NCL's, it starts around 10 or so on the pool deck, then moves into one of the clubs.
Sorry, I stand corrected.
-
We've cruised many times on Carnival and I've never heard of this white shirt thing.
Terry
I'm thinking that it is NCL.

13 days til we sail on the Dream with our grandbabies and the rest of our little family.

If anyone tells you about the Quest game, you would have to be killed immediatly.
-
Is it JUST on Easter day? We will be disembarking on Easter, with our grandchildren, and was wondering if they have any activities leading up to Easter. It would be wonderful since they will be traveling home all day Easter and miss the baskets and stuff.

I don't understand the appeal of drinking 15 alcoholic drinks in a day. I mean, after you've passed out/had security escort you back to your room, how much fun are you really having?
It's not that I don't drink (splitting a fishbowl in RedFrog is fun!) but it's the thought process of "I need to make sure I drink at least 8 beers today to not lose money on the drink card" that takes the fun out of it. At least for me.
I could not agree more. I cannot imagine "needing" more than 15 drinks a day. (I am not a tea totaler, I enjoy having a drink, but not to excess.)

Sad to say, I usually bring them home and throw them in a drawer, and then when I am cleaning out drawers, I throw them away.
Daughter couldn't go because of Flu, no insurance, is she out of luck?

We always take the insurance. The cruise we took last year, I needed it. I got sick on the last night of the cruise and spent the night in the "sick bay" then was immediatly taken to the hospital in the morning and spent the entire day there. When the $3000 bill came, we just turned it over to the insurance company after paying the co-pay.
