  1. LOL...love it!! 😅 Yup, our shortest cruise adventure is two weeks. Once a week freebie "boil & fry" sending out cotton undies, work out shorts/shirts/and socks....with hand washing light things (something to do on a sea day) works for us. This last 4 weeks on Wonder, we did that...plus sent out dry cleaning. Was just perfect. Pretty much pack for a one week cruise and wash when we need to. Keeps luggage lighter, and bodies smelling better. 😄
  2. You might want to if you were on a ship for 9 months.
  3. Same currently on Serenade, and last month on Wonder. Twice daily.
  4. That is they way it is now on most ships. Nothing new. I noticed you did not mention Pinnies. 😉 I think that whole idea of lounge habitation went out with the introduction of vouchers. We are two seats that go unoccupied now in any happy hour lounge, preferring to use the vouchers at any bar, at any time.
  5. LOL...showoff! 😄 We had it previously booked with Radiance, which was then cancelled to send her to NO. 😞 That following the first one to that cancelled due to Covid. Not sure third time is the charm...but will wait to see what they offer for Winter of 2024.
  6. Unless you are Pinnacle...then it works on all ships, no matter what cabin booked. 😉
  7. I am waiting for the release of Australia, NZ, SP, Hawaii 24/25 season. Going to try again (for the 3rd time 😖) to book that route.
  8. LOL....yeah, it's like they put ships in PC that they don't know what to do with. Happy to have brand new Wonder, but as you know.....she was supposed to go to Asia until that plan fell through. I am actually shocked (and very happy) to have four ships in our local port now. Wow. 😮
  9. Same thing on Serenade. Ours has been broken since yesterday, and won't be repaired until we get back to Tampa on Saturday...errr...or so they think. 😮
  10. Duck Tape....Dave's best friend (other than Kathy 😄 ). Of course you know mine is pink. 😉
  11. Yes, I was...but thanks! Will be our first time on VY, and still have yet to meet NV and AD. Just not convenient to ports we use...so far anyway. 😉
  12. If you are not at least Diamond or above...you would have no access to the Diamond Lounge...full suite or not. D and D+ do not have access to the Concierge Lounge. Only full suites, and occasionally Pinnacles, but only if numbers are low.
  13. Makes sense, though I never researched that one....since we have still not had the pleasure to cruise on the fourth sister. Maybe someday! 😉
  14. LOL...as you already know...that is what we do. And you two had to collect us that one night to bring us into the DL...which...thank you again, was a nice thing to do. 🥰 And of course once you left, we resumed our seats at the VCL bar. 😄 😄
  15. And have not been allowed in the CL for weeks now on Serenade....no loss, no big deal for us. 😉 Except for the poor concierge and waiters in there, as it is a ghost town in there each night. Pockets not being lined with much tip money..feel bad for them. 😞
  16. Pinnacle event here on Serenade is roped off section of VCL. We are enjoying it. 🙂
  17. That's OK...just a couple of floors down to the DL if the SL coffee machine is on the fritz. 😄
  18. Oh that's right...thanks!! 🙂 I forgot sister Mariner was the one with both SL and DL on VCL deck. I had researched deck plans quite a while ago for Voyager, finding the DL where the old cigar bar was in front of the forward lounge. Thanks! Old brain simply forgot. 😵 That was were the doomed "Pinnacle event" was on EX. With only 11 of us on one week, and 10 on the next week...they finally shut it down. We just hung out on EX at the VCL bar for happy hour each of the 3 weeks. Will plan on doing it again on Voyager. 🙂
  19. LOL!!! Luckily we carry our travel mugs with covers! 😄 Umm...nope, did not like the part of Bimini we went to at all. Instead of going left as most do when leaving the pier, we went right taking a taxi into the "capital" of the tiny island, Alice Town. Researched several restaurants down there that advertised as open for lunch...they were not. Place is run down, dirty, garage/trash everywhere with narrow "goat path" streets (golf carts being the main transport there). Ended up grabbing a ride on a golf cart with another couple (after sharing some beers to tide us over from a convenience store) .... all going back to the ship for lunch. If we ever go there again, we may try the other (developed and touristy) area....not sure. Fish and huge sharks were fun to watch in the clear water though!
  20. 1. The Key 2. Coco Cay (theme park of the seas) 3. Art Auctions (Walmart prints of the seas) 4. Priority seating 5. Gift shops
  21. Indeed...way better location with a great view. CL on EX is an inside walk in closet 😮 ....but soooo convenient to our deck 9 hump JS cabin we had...just steps to the coffee (you don't use). 😄 Drats...Voyager has been amped, took that CL out and put in a set of inside cabins. No more CL...SL on VCL deck (like sister Mariner). Guess I have to run upstairs now...but at least I have a choice of coffee machines with DL and SL on same deck. 😉
