Bucky is up there right now...a spot in the sun, reading his book. Me...I stay out of the sun, (been cut on too many times 😞 )...but enjoying catching up on CC while he is playing "sun lizard" and about ready to settle into the cabin here to read my book now. 🙂

Thanks! Has been a good four weeks. Will miss the crew we have become fond of...but we are already book again for next year. 🙂

Delays probably for us as well tomorrow. On Wonder now, which is replacing Harmony in PC. Will be coming from Europe, so indeed a lot of inspections for this ship, which have already been in abundance in all areas....especially USDA and drill practice. Since Wonder is coming to PC for the first time, I am guessing that will add to the delays. Luckily no flights to worry about for us.

Envious of wearing a speedo? Don't think so. Not really ladies wear. 😉

Sounds so funny to say "little friend". OMG...and she used to be the biggest! Then again, MJ and Monarch were the biggest in their day. 😉 Agree...many fond memories of past cruises on the lovely Freedom lady! 🥰

We are in Nassau Bahamas right now. Wonder has not made a first appearance in PC yet...that is tomorrow morning.

Love the sea days...very relaxing...but always excited to see land again! 😉 Must be doing drills on the starboard side today, normally all Oasis class ships dock on starboard. Gives us a nice view out over the ocean this time. 🙂 I think it is Freedom coming in right now...still too far to read the name though.

That's true...could do that as well. Park Cafe just ended up being so convenient to grab one of those little sealed pints of milk to stash in the fridge. I actually prefer milk (as is in the machines) to cream.

I am enjoying a glass of wine on my balcony right now. Not too crowded or noisy here either...but I need Bucky to move his feet a bit to let me share the foot stool. 😄

Totally agree. The two times over the last four weeks that I have ventured into the DL here on Wonder, was due to the SL coffee machine being out of milk for my morning Latte. Both times the machines (both of them) were messed up in the DL. The pax in there were actually quite rude trying to elbow their way to those machines, only to find them not usable. I have since found I can pick up a carton or two of milk at Park Cafe to keep in my fridge, if the SL is out of milk in the machine. Problem solved. 😉 When cabin being cleaned in the morning...we do our "ship walk" all over this huge vessel...always an interesting venture.

I actually don't get it. The DL is...IMHO...boring, over crowded, and you still have to use your drink vouchers. I use it for coffee in the morning, but only if the CL/SL machine is broken. I love...love..the new voucher program. Why do I need to go into a small lounge to use them? Too many other interesting venues all around the ship to use them at. Happy hour is any hour...at any lounge/bar. 🙂

Personally, I would love to see us waved off for a day or two. 😉 But...not going to happen. The biggest thing will be delayed disembarkation due to customs checking for new ship, and customs procedure for new crew (and from what I understand ...it is going to be a nightmare for them 😮 ).

Peace and quiet in the DL? Never witnessed that in the last few years. 😮 With the DL getting smaller on even the largest ships, and D+ (and sometimes Pinnies) excluded from the CL/SL...it can be a very crowded noisy place...most of the day.

Had the Seafood Veloute the last two days. Once at dinner, once at lunch. Yummmss! It was totally nasty when I tried it on Harmony (very fishy)...but Chef here on Wonder in CK does a great job with it, and I love the Wonderland type presentation. 🙂

Tampa has a very small terminal...limited seating. I never arrive too early there. Usually already after boarding has begun.

LOL...I hope the card machine does not break as often as the coffee machines. 😄

Unless boarding is delayed....sitting inside the terminal when you get there too early is not fun either. I prefer walking over to Grills when boarding at T1 in PC, to wait there with Bloody Mary in hand. 😉

There is a difference between "boarding" time and "check in" time.
