    The ship will be docking at the PanAmerican pier which is away from Old San Juan. You would need to take a cab into town. The pier in Old San Juan is used by Celebrity for port stops not embarkation.

     

     

    The ship will not be docking at the Pan American pier. The OP is on the Silhouette which stops in San Juan for a port stop.

    Good luck to you! I had a similar thing happen to me last year with people coming down on me about a simple question that I asked. Eventually the thread was closed. I was disappointed that I tried to get advice, but others weren't very nice. Enjoy your cruise!! When is all said and done hrs is what is important!!!

    Classic package is good for drinks and wine up to $8 and beer up to $6......the premium package is good for anything up to $13......if you have the classic package and buy a drink that costs $9, for example, you would have to pay the whole $9, but with the premium package if you want something that costs $14 you would only have to pay the $1 difference.

    Forget it......saw it is the Silhouette.....anyway, we are going next week in the silhouette and there are plenty of excursions for us to go on in San Juan....maybe yours just aren't available yet

    For us it depends on how many times we have been to the port. For those we have been to multiple times we might just walk around and do a little shopping but spend most of the time on the ship. For ports like St Thomas, St Martin, and St Croix we usually rent a jeep, drive around the island, maybe go to a beach. On our cruise next week we will go zip lining in St Kitts, rent a jeep In st Martin and probably hang out on the ship in San Juan.

    They can't .... too close to sailing. :( I'm kind of pissed right now.

     

    I upgraded early so that everything would be on our cards as we boarded.

     

    Now I'm going to have to go to get it fixed when we board.

     

     

     

    Not only did the Premium Drink Package fall off the reservation but so did

     

    our 123GO drink promo and my daughter's free non-alcoholic drink package.

     

     

     

     

     

    also- what deck do we board on ?

     

     

    Any chance you booked one of their "special" rates? When we booked we were told that we would get the package. We paid in full and then got a phone call saying "oops,you don't qualify for the drink package". Surprised we got a call. Not very happy since we were told we would get it, but at least we found out before we sail next week!

    When booking for Connie I asked for the drink package promotion only to be told it wasn't available.

     

    I was surprised and asked what perks were available and was told that we could have $250 OBC instead.

     

    "Would that be OK?" I was asked. Sure I said and I booked the cruise.

     

    15 minutes later I was called back to be told "Ooops sorry. That was a mistake.

     

    Would you consider taking the drink package and $100 OBC. ""I suppose so" I said while trying not to giggle.:D

     

     

     

    I am sure they are even dumber but the customers aren't getting paid to be dumb.

     

     

    At least you get the drink package!! I was told I would get it.....them got the phone call (after I paid in full) saying we wouldn't get it!! Still frustrated!!!.....We sail on April 13

    As the previous poster said you can find the hours on the website. The hours are usually longer on sea days. My kids have used them but they are teenagers and once they found kids to hang out with they usually spent their own time together rather than in the teen center. When they were younger they really liked it for the most part. They are 2 years apart and until they became teens they were always separated because of the age groups. They didn't like that part too much.

    Hi....ohhhh a black and white? It is a circle....normally at least 6 inches

    in diameter 1/2 of it is white frosting and the other 1/2 is chocolate

    frosting..........it is DELICIOUS:D....not sure if you live near a Publix but

    they have them.....you can go buy one and give it a taste before your

    cruise:);)

     

     

    Do you know if they make these cookies gluten free?? I think I'm hoping that you say no cuz they sound amazing....and fattening! ;).....so I will have a good excuse to not be able to eat any :)

    Non-Alcoholic drink package question

    My son has the classic non alcoholic package and has no problem getting bottled water and virgin dacquiris.

    Interesting! Bottled water yes, but Virgin daiquiris are only on the premium non alcoholic package. Lucky him for being able to get it!

    A Celebrity transfer Orlando to Miami ?

    We are sailing out of Ft Lauderdale next week. Due to the high cost of flights we found it the cheapest to fly into Orlando, rent a car and drive to Ft Lauderdale. It is approx 3hrs 15 mns. We originally thought it would be VERY expensive to rent a car in Orlando and drop it off in Ft Lauderdale, but with tax it is only $58!! We will fly home from Ft Lauderdale so we don't need to rent another car.
