  2. If Celebrity have booked the whole package, cruise, flights and transfers, and we have to cancel due to a positive covid test, do they refund the cost of the flights? We are in the UK.
  3. Thank you to all who have replied. I have e mailed Celebrity and now have had my Guest Ticket booklet sent. So all is good there. I am still having trouble accessing my flights as I wanted to book seats, so I have asked Celebrity to look at this. I normally check in for flights on line but if I can’t this time it’s no big deal as we have to check luggage anyway. Thanks again. I am really looking forward to the Beyond. Very excited!
  4. Our cruises are normally booked by a travel agent. This time we have booked directly with Celebrity, including flights. We sail on the Beyond on 11th July and have not yet received any documents/ e tickets. Luggage tags are pending. I do have an express pass and have uploaded our covid proof. It it usual for documents to be this late?
  5. I am an adult fussy eater and often get quite anxious. But, I never have a problem. They will always accommodate me, by either leaving my food plain, or as someone else said I can ask for other things like fries, baked potato, steamed veg, plain fish. I have a long list of things I won’t eat and always ask what is in a dish. I never go hungry!
  6. We booked a balcony guarantee on our second cruise with Princess and were upgraded to a mini suite .
  7. Sometimes the flight arrival times can influence the time people arrive at port. If your flight gets in early what are you going to do?

  9. We normally give the bar tender a couple of dollars a drink. Other wise, no, unless we have some specific need which is sorted out. Gratuities are pre paid to avoid this but as everyone says, it’s up to the individual. It can be a very emotive subject.
