FYI, on Norwegian in your room there is a notice that asks you call room services to pickup your dishes. Now room service often just lets the room steward know instead of coming. But also on that notice they ask you to not leave them in the hallway. Thank you. And my mother who is gone thanks you also. More then once we had wonderful stewards that would clear the dishes out of our way so we could get by.

What a great ending to the cruise!!!! Good luck tomorrow. In April I didn't make it home from Miami, until a day later. Over night in DFW. Similar situation happened to a friend in May. He slept more then a few hours on the floor of the Miami airport.

And I will agree to disagree with your view. But only after I discovered how crazy it is to try to pass dishes in a wheelchair and/or scooter. I have had to put my nice clean hands on many peoples dishes to make room to get by in hallways. Hotel hallways are usually wider. Usually.

I have been though a fire in a hotel. I learned my lesson.
