How is your internet plan so far, it seemed like speed is good ?

Leaks about NCL's June/July promotion offers are out but we have a question on whether the same deal on the Breakaway & Getaway are available now on the GEM, the newer Next Crusie by Norweign - extra $25 OBC on top of the $100 OBC when 2 or more certificates are purchased on the ship and when a booking is done onboard, a choice of Freestyle promo is added to that future sailing by the PCC along. Is there any thing specials on Future Cruise Reward ?

Great, enjoy your Behind the Scene/Plantinum Tour of the ship, we missed that last time ourselves & you know about that "secret" bridge viewing room with ther mermaid, I'm sure. ;)

There is nothing printed at the consultants desk or in our paperwork suggesting this is available. We plan to meet the consultant either today or tomorrow to plan a few futures so I will ask them directly.

I know it's from a couple of days ago, but when you went to Atlantis, did you do it through NCL or did you go off exploring on your own?

We went on our own via water ferry and bought day passes for the water park.

Check back a few posts ago for a more detailed description comparing the ship excursion and going independently.

The internet has been good actually. Take about 5-7 seconds to upload a pic and 30-60 sec a vid depending on length so not high speed for sure but better than years past if I recall.

Just curious...was there a laundry offer? Makes it so much easier for packing if we can get a bag of laundry done midway through the cruise. What day had the special offer?

If you see this before seeing the cruise consultant can you ask for clarification on a couple of things please?

I am going on the GEM in Dec and someone on my role call page stated that your on it now giving live updates. I read all 17 pages yesterday and want to say what a great job your doing for your fellow GEM sailors. I really feel like Im on vacation now. Thanks for all your time and effort of posting

Edit: never mind on the second question, I saw a printed letter about the new program called Next Cruise Norwegian and saw they were only offering one of the four choices.

Thank you for taking time to post about your trip. My sister and I will be sailing on the Gem, Dec 2016. We will have the same suite that you have. On our last sailing on the Gem we had suite on the other side. Looking forward to our cruise.

That's for posting the excursion prices. I never knew the price difference for the theme parks to go with the cruise line excursion. Looks like a big difference.

Sorry to interrupt this thread :o

As a simple chap from Lancashire in UK having been on one NLC cruise from Miami down to Mexico after doing Orlando.(so long ago cannot remember the name of the ship er Spirit ? ) :rolleyes:

All our other cruises have been with Thomson about six times from Palma one from Egypt to the med via the Suez canal. Thomson are good with organisation and the entertainment is west end production and the staff are so friendly However the ships they use are now well beyond their sell by date. That is another story :cool:

Anyway I digress (or as we say here anyroad?)

The cruise market today has a vast amount of ships to cater for all, my weekend paper has six pages of various cruise ships worldwide so much choice ! :confused:
