I called today with question about a discount offer and was advised my the Princess Cruise agent that we were eligible for a fare discount. We are getting back $1500.00 (CDN)! She advised me that the cruise line doesn't automatically extend refunds when here is a fare reduction but if you call the line and a fare drop has occurred they will provide you with a refund of the difference. In GB we are allowed ONE change to our initial booking but we are charged £100 for the pleasure of changing. No changes after final payment. SRF Posted August 13, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 13, 2017 Amazing to receive this after final payment. We cruised with my parents. Originally booked a balcony for them and a Jr Suite for us. About 30 days before sailing, there was a huge sale, plus a Royal Family Suite opened. The price on sale of the RFS was less than the two cabins already booked. But the suite was nice, so we switching. NO refund. Not even any OBC. Even though the sale price on the RFS was almost $2000 less than the two cabins.
