first full day at sea, what to do for adults and kids? Pride as well.

this list of families going continues to grow so I am trying to give them some ideas of what to do. Me, I would rather just chill by the pool and relax, but I am sure others may want to go see some shows or do other activities.

We have individuals from the age of 6 to 70 going so any advice would be great!

We cruise with the same age range! We usually enjoy a leisurely breakfast on Lido or hang out on deck until Sea Day Brunch. The kids will usually busy themselves with water slides for a time. Camp Ocean is also a possibility. The adults usually grab a lounger in the shade and drink and people-watch. There are also usually trivia or other organized games going on throughout the ship.

If anyone is bored, it's really their own fault!

One of the fun things to do on board is simply explore the ship - and the Pride in particular has some interesting finds. There will be tons of things offered throughout the day - I suggest you locate a sample fun times and share that.

I also suggest that you make it clear that everyone is responsible for entertaining themselves! The kids of course have their clubs.

Definitely do the sea day brunch. Great menu with breakfast and lunch items, even desserts.

They serve danishes early and at 11am they serve popovers. I like the popovers with butter and orange marmalade, yum. It's located in the main dining room and with less people, it's quiet enough to enjoy conversation.

There is usually some type of live music in the atrium lobby. There is also a card room, arcade, and casino. The serenity deck for those adults looking for a quiet place, and the sports decks for the active ones.

Each cabin will receive their own copy of the Fun Times.

Recommend that each cabin group browse for activities that appeal to them.

Groups with the same interest(s) can coordinate to share those activities together, if desired.

When at home, I doubt they expect a single person to direct their daily activities (https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2619787)

There are "shore shopping" talks, the Hairy Chest contest by the pool, Groove for St Jude dance, Steakhouse demonstration (watch them cook & sample their creations as they talk), bingo, golf putting competitions, 3 on 3 basketball, ping pong tournaments, go shopping, etc. The kids clubs have their own activities like a dance dance revolution competition, pizza party, scavenger hunt, & more.

i think you should let each family do their own thing and not plan their time. There is the HUB app you should go over it together to see what eachperson wants to do.

Some LOVE Trivia where others find it boring. Some like Bingo but the price tag puts some people off.

Kids should try the camps- Pools will be crowded. there are other things like the hairy chest contest. there will be Shore Shopping talks Art Auctions. Ice Carving shows. Napkin folding classes etc
