Are any Specialty Restaurants open for lunch

Sailing on the Star this spring.. Are any Specialty restaurants open on sea days?

I think Cagney's is open for lunch.

Incorrect. Cagney's is NOT open for Specialty Dining Lunch on any ship.

On the Star, Cagney's/Mondernos are used as the private dining room for the Suites for breakfast and lunch.

The only restaurants that may be open for specialty dining lunch is the sushi bar or Teppanyaki. They use to open Ginza and the sushi bar on sea days, but more recently, they may use the space for other activities (e.g., $10 sale).

I've seen Cagney's lunch menus. I guess they're for the First Class passengers, then. I stand corrected.
