Breakaway Main Dining

Cruising on Breakaway in October. Do all three main dining rooms have the same menu? If not, how are they different ?

Same menu, different "ambience."

Manhattan Room, Taste, and Savor have the same menu. Manhattan Room is much larger and has live music early each evening. Foods-wise, it all comes from the same galley.

Regarding the dining rooms---Is the Manhattan Room to noisy? Which would you recommend? How about lunch? Any dining room preferable?

Why not give each one a try and then decide how noisy it is. :D

IMO Manhattan is too big and too noisy, but that might just be me. I feel like when you are in the Manhattan Room there is just too much going on to enjoy dinner.

We did not think it was an issue. Some nights they had not only a band but a singer too. Yes, it's a tiny bit louder than the piped in music you get in Taste & Savor, but didn't cause us any issues. We liked it best. The ceilings in Taste & Savor are a bit low...I just thought the Manhattan Room a bit more interesting. But the food is the same everywhere.

For lunch, on our cruise, the location for that day's lunch varied each sea day. So if you want lunch in an MDR, you won't have a choice on a given day. Same with breakfast.
