Specialty coffees

is Exploations on the Observation deck the only place to get specialty coffees?

Pretty much, although I will say that the Explorations Cafe is on different decks on different ships. You can order a cappuccino or maybe a latte in the MDR after your meal, also for a fee. m--

Neptune Lounge has a specialty coffee machine- not quite the same thing as the custom-brewed Explorations Cafe, but a fun perk to have included - serviceable cappuccinos at the push of a button. Neptune Suites now also have in-cabin coffee machines so you can blend your own specialties if you bring along the fixings (like my own favorite almond-orgeat syrup?)

Specialty coffees can be ordered for an additional fee (like other beverage purchases) in the MDR and the Pinnacle for after dinner.

You can also order an espresso for a fee in the main dining room and the Pinnacle and in the Tamarind on ships that have the Tamarind restaurant.

On Koningsdam you can order espresso, latte or cappuccino at the Dutch Cafe

On the K- Dam you can also get espresso at the Dutch Cafe.
