Do all sailings have the scotch tasting in the store with a subsequent discount for all purchases during the tasting?

We were on Oasis in Feb and they had the free tasting and discounted prices.

I think deal on ship is good, since they are liter plus no sales tax. Every cruise recently has had tasting we bought 2 bottles of Gold in 2015 and 2 of Platinum last year. Might spring for Blue next week on Liberty

I don't remember the exact number, but I believe I paid $290 for two 750 mL bottles. Of course no tax. Where I live the price is about $229 per bottle.
