Group Bookings in Specialty restaurants

I was hoping someone can help me :)

I am travelling with 10 friends on RCCL EOTS in April 2018 and we want to reserve/book a table for a birthday celebration in Chops Grille. RCCL (after numerous calls/emails) have told me to wait until I get on board and they'll see what they can do. :(

The reason I am booking 4 months in advance is to ensure we are seated together.

Any suggestions?
