does anyone know the status of hbd majesty and the Empress after March 2019? Will they be retired? I could not locate any sailings for them after the March 2019 dates.

You can only dock one ship in Havana. Each cruise line, has to work with the US government and the Cuban Government to bid on the time slots. So you just need to keep on checking. Note, that the port in Havana was designed for 6 ships, all from a time period years ago, when ships were smaller than the smallest ship today, and those terminals, are in disrepair.
