In that post, a couple of us also asked Bonnie to find out the rationale for not including any brandy in the inclusive bit but, so far no reply.

Given that a lemon drop is vodka triple sec and lemon juice all items they have behind the bar I wonder is it that they have only trained some of the staff to make a certain number of cocktails. I know some of the bar staff would certainly make one if asked (so long as the policy to be able to make from included drinks has been reinstated).

I think maybe there is a training need for junior bar staff that should not be overlooked as it would enhance the experience of some guests at no additional stock costs to Azamara
