Anthem Sushi Class - Recipes

My wife took the Sushi Class on board Anthem last week and loved it.

Unfortunately, she left all of the recipes in the cabin.

Does anyone here have any scanned copies of the Sushi recipes from the class on board Anthem?

Same here....got the Sabor guac recipe, but nothing for sushi.

Apparently, there were sushi recipes too.

Will have to google some online and speak to the chef at Izumi next February.

I was on Grandeur in January and I'll try to post what they gave us. I've never attached a PDF so I hope this will work--I had to break the file up because it was too big so I'll add another message.

It absolutely kills me that the recipe they give you for sushi rice serves 60. Hope you're either very hungry or are good at division!
