Roll Call - Silver Shadow 10/28-11/6

Having sailed on 3 previous Regent voyages we decided to try Silversea (actually, after being bumped from the RSSC Navigator this November due to early drydock). We have a verandah guarantee and are ready for a different experience. Any words of advice from recent Shadow passengers?

This is our first time also! Looking for a very nice experience from all I hear. Nice itinerary. Hopefully someone will join the chat that has cruised with Silversea.

Shadow/Whisper and Navigator are similar in a lot of ways. When I first got on board Navigator, I kept getting things confused a bit with Whisper. A number of things in the layout are different (not all that vibrating on SS), but the experience itself is similar.

 

You will find the cabin to be similar to what you are used to on Regent. I give a slight service nod to Silversea. Food quality and quality of staff and activities/entertainment are similar on both. Many people sail both lines and find themselves right at home on both lines.
