Hump or aft cabin?

We stayed in several of the corner aft balconies. #9690 was not our favorite. The room is great and we like the round window. But the balcony is only partially covered. We were on a Western Caribbean itinerary in January and found it to be too hot to enjoy. Heading back to Galveston, the sun was intense. If you have this stateroom for Alaska or Canada/New England, you'd probably be fine. The plus is that the balcony is huge and make the room seem bigger, too.

Hi Anne.....Go for the aft, we'll right above you if it's for Sept. 2010. IAs long as you don't mind walking (I like to burn the calories) the aft is really nice. If you like to sit on the veranda while the ship is moving you won't get the wind, like you do on the side. The weather shouldn't be too warm, we did aft on the Brillance in the Med the same time of year and it was perfect.
