Your cabin is steps away from the stairs and elevators....very nice location, midships. You're not on the "hump", but that's ok...you're more midship than the hump is!

Smoking is allowed on ALL balconies, not just on one side of the ship. Starboard is generally the "smoking side" on public decks, and you are starboard.....if you aren't a smoker, the wind will quickly blow anyone elses smoke away from you.

 

For the catagory, you did good!

Just a quick reminder, I just got off the phnoe with RCCL and one side is Smoking and the other is not.... :D

Just to clarify your point, one side of the public decks are smoking and the other is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on all balconies but not inside the cabins.
