Price Drop - Serenade 5/16/10

Sharing the good fortune in case others can benefit too. My Serenade 5/16/10 cruise just had a nice little price drop (~$250/person).

BTW....I booked direct with RCI....and no issues just getting the lower price. No attempt to get me to upgrade or accept OBC.

That's because your cruise is so far away...the OBC thing happens when a ship is closer to sail date and there's a price drop.

I've only been tracking standard balcony cabins and they all dropped in price today. I'm guessing interiors haven't moved yet.

I agree, but with the new Price Guarantee policy there were some ambiguities on how it would be handled. Just stating my experience.

I got so excited......but no!

 

We are booked in a GS (3 adult women) and there is no price difference. Boo - that would have helped out so much.

 

Oh well, still looking forward to this.

Keep an eye on the prices, we got a $400 per person reduction in april 09 about a month before sailing. I think the ship is harder to fill because airfare is expensive to get to San Juan.
