Best Place on QV?

After several voyages on the QM2, my husband and I are traveling for the first time on the QV, leaving on 10/22 for only four nights. We know all the cozy and wonderful spots on the QM2, and I was wondering what people's favorite places are on the QV. Anything not to miss even on a short voyage? Much appreciated; we are very excited!

Our favorite place is the beautiful Commodore Club with its wide and wonderful views. No sight lines are interrupted as they are on the QM2. There are couches with soft pillows as well as tables and chairs and the room is wide and quite deep. A lovely place to read and watch the sea by day and a comfortable room for cocktails and piano music by night. The theatre is spectacular with its red velvet upholstery, no seats are blocked by pillars and the stage is huge.

Hi Ballater. There is a roll call for this voyage. It will be my first time on QV too. Still trying to decide what clothes to pack for the weather:(

Hi ships cat:

Do you have any insight on the weather? Coming from the States, where it's actually been snowy and cold in New England. Thanks.

That sounds wonderful. Can't wait to enjoy the Commordore Club on QV. Thanks for the suggestion!

OOOh - snow in New England, sounds wonderful!!

So far here we have had a dry and sunny week, although cold. The five day forecast for Rotterdam sounds similar, although it could be wet in Cherbourg. Check out this site and just input Zeebrugge and Cherbourg as well, for updated forecasts as five days ahead is as far as it goes.
