cb at sea Posted November 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 2, 2009 She may go with you----the invitation is for the room occupants....it would be rude, otherwise!
pepsicruiser Posted November 2, 2009 #3 Share Posted November 2, 2009 It makes sense that your roommate could go with you but I have seen it posted here on cruisecritic that it is up to the conciege to allow your guest in. Hopefully your concierge will let you bring your friend in.

TEXASMUNK Posted November 2, 2009 #5 Share Posted November 2, 2009 other rules apply! 1. You get first choice of bed 2. You get first dibs on the bathroom in the morning 3. She gets to carry all the carry on luggage 4. She must buy 2 drinks for every one you buy for the duration of the cruise 5. She should walk a arespectful 4 steps behind you while moving about the ship Other than these few things, you will both be accorded that warm and friendly RCI hospitality! Alexis Posted November 2, 2009 #8 Share Posted November 2, 2009 Since Diamond members are no longer permitted in the CL, this is a moot point. The OP is sailing on the Liberty 3/21/2010. The Liberty is a Freedom Class ship. Diamond members are still allowed to use the Concierge Lounges when sailing on the Freedom class and the Oasis class ships. Only D+ and those in GS or higher suites can use the CL. The DL is for D passengers and D+ if they so choose on Freedom and Oasis class ships. jodrealtor Posted November 2, 2009 Author #10 Share Posted November 2, 2009 Thank You Everyone! My DH cannot make this Cruise. So we decided to go and enjoy some RR. I know the Liberty has a Diamond Lounge. Is that for the 5-8:30 Cocktails?? I just would not attend any D events if she wasn't allowed to go. The Cruise is what is important, not the extra drinks. We had this on the Radiance for Repositioning Last September (08) before the changes. It was just nice to have a drink in the Viking and watch for Whales. DH was on that cruise. Have never been to Belize or Costa Maya. Any suggestions?? Thanks Again ALL.
