(paper trained, I would guess)

I have no idea! Coral, on the Princess board, could tell us. Her mother cruises with a guide dog. I think it's a little patch of sod or maybe a dog sized litter box for toilet purposes. Other than that, I've seen pictures of the dog all over the ship. Probably the same for the drug dog.

Here's a link to an article about Coral's mom and her dog Erin:
Oh My! Are people really this stupid? So many people get caught with illegal drugs, yet so many still try to smuggle it past cops/drug dogs.
This is how I can afford to cruise every year. Talk about your Job Security.. LOL

In answer to some folks comments, Dogs can be trained to find "ANYTHING" that has a scent, cigarettes, Alcohol, Money, Bodies (Live and Dead), but is accomplished on an as needed basis. As an example, a smuggled Money program has been initiated by the Customs service, which has been very successful.

In the crotch area is the #1 spot CDS (controlled Dangerous Substances) are recovered from, man and women, with INSIDE the body a close second. No matter where you hide it, chances are a good Detector dog will find it.

I have worked Police dogs for 20 plus years and I can honestly say they still amaze me, Truly the greatest partners a Police Officer can have.

How can you not love them???? :D

All the qualities we value and esteem in humans, such as strength, speed, agility, grace, athleticism , bravery, steadfastness, loyalty, unconditional love, earnestness, all and more dogs possess naturally. And they ask for so little in return. One of God's most amazing creations for sure.
