sold out

Hi

Just curious noticed Explorer is sold out for 14.01.2010 with over three weeks to go. Is this usual ? or could it be they have closed bookings in case they dont get the dry dock finished.

It is sold out. If dry dock wasn't finished, RCL would be in big trouble delaying or canceling a 10 night cruise. I have never heard of it happenning anyway. These dry docks have a very tight schedule

Ships have been known to leave drydock without completing everything as a lot of things can be done while they are underway and some cosmetic things can wait. The drydock schedule is adhered to because there's almost always another ship coming in behind for refurb and you'd end up with a major domino problem if they didn't.
