A couple more Serenade questions...

Sorry, we haven't sailed RCI is so long, so I have a couple more questions.

 

For those who've sailed the Serenade, do they enforce the adults only rule, i.e., adults only pools and other areas.

 

Also, I'm wondering about the cabin temps. We like it cold when we sleep and have found over the last couple of years that every ship we sail on has raised the temp settings in the cabins and we can't get it as cold as we like it. What's your experience? Has it been too hot, too cold, or just right?

We just got off the Serenade 12-19-09 and they do enforce the adults only rules in the Solarium pool

 

And you can get your cabin quite cold if you want.

The only time our cabin ever gets warm, is if we open the balcony door---the humidity is hard to overcome, if the door is left open!

If it matters to you, the pool attendants are also very diligent about clearing chairs for towels in all pool areas...no chair hogs! It was great. I thanked them every time I saw them do it. ;)

We just came off the Serenade last month. NO issues with pool or climate control in cabin.

We were just on Serenade this month as well. The first day in the cabin it did seem too warm to me. But my DH made some adjustments to the thermastat and I was fine after that. Enjoy the ship! We had a great week!
