How to order wine and dine pkg. on line?

I have gone to "gifts and gear", and "wine cellar", but that only lists individual bottles of wine to purchase. I know I have seen the various wine and dine packages on line, but now I can't find them. Can anyone help, please?

GiftsandGear no longer has the Wine & Dine Packages, you may want to try "Cruise Enhancements" in beore you board, you should be able to order it there

Don't buy the wine package! Royal Caribbean is in the process of changing the wines on the list and several wines that are currently on the list are not available (at least not from the package-you can still get them individually).

So that's the problem, I have tried for weeks to order the Wine Pkg on line and it keeps telling me to wait closer to sailing - well we leave in about 2 1/2 wks so ???? I've also emailed RCI to ask about it but never got an answer. Figures if you want the info, get it at C.C.
