Has anyone ever stayed here before? Is there a free shuttle to the port of Miami? Also any other general info on the hotel would be appreciated.

Is there a particular reason{s} that it is not popular? I am thinking about booking it which is why I came on the board to get guidance.

Have you checked TripAdvisor dot com?

 

Reviews there tend to be mixed for most hotels, but conventional wisdom for that web site is to believe reviews from people with more than 1 contribution.

 

One time contributors tend to be either someone with an axe to grind, or, if glowing, a hotel owner or employee
