Oceanview w/balcony question

We have 3 people interested in a oceanview balcony. On other ships the pull out couch area has a curtain to separate it from the bed area.... does Oasis have this same setup? Picture does not indicate it....

I don't recall that it did. In fact, the ocean view with balcony room is somewhat smaller than we have had on other RCI ships.

We had an OV balcony deck 7 on Oasis, and it did not have any type of curtain to separate the 3rd person sleeper sofa. I went on a cabin crawl with my roll call, and didn't see one in any balcony category.

No curtains, only in the Junior Suites and Family rooms.

I also noticed not all D cat rooms can accomodate additional pasengers... My In laws will be in a D6- and their sofa does not pull out....

 

PS: I used to live in Nashua- Miss it terribly!!

The majority of D's on Oasis are double occupancy only. Cabins on Oasis are definately on the small side......I can't see it being very comfortable at all with 3 in a cabin never mind 4.......IMO, families of 4 in a regular balcony are going to be in for a surprise:eek:

Check the deck plans and you will realize that the number of the D cabins indicates not only the location but also whether it´s a triple / quad accomodation.

ITA...we had 2 connecting for a family of 5, and I was always tripping over someone, even with 2 rooms! We normally book JS connecting if they have it, but when I booked there wasn't a JS that slept 3, even going with just adjoining like we have to do on Monarch.
