Just got back from the Triumph

Did you book your all inclusive day with a woman named Carrie for Mr Sanchos? We did and unlike your great day there ours was a disaster. We paid $160 in advance and our names weren't on the list when we got there. We also booked the snorkel excursion with her which was a joke too. They wouldn't give us a table until they confirmed our reservations. It took two hours until they finally gave up trying to find Carrie and let us sit down on the beach. The snorkeling trip was two guys in a 18 ft. ( Boston Whaler ) fishing boat, with a small ladder to climb back over the sides of the boat to get back on. I contacted Carrie by email when we got back and she told us that we had trouble because Homer wasn't there that day. ( Who's Homer?) She wouldn't give us our money back or even apologize for this terrible expierience. I wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone.

Thanks for all the post. I'm trying to gather info about the Carnival Triumph.

 

When I sailed on the Triumph there was always lots of chair hogs in the pool areas. Very hard to find a lounger unoccupied even at 8:00 AM.

 

I found the buffet lacking in the salad bar.

 

The ship was nice and the crew was friendly. The Casino bar was a good alternative to a poolside lounger anyway. Say "HI" to Lancerlot for us.
