Does the Jade restuarant on the Mariner of the Seas offer sushi all the time or occasionally?

Jade is just a counter in the WindJammer - it it not a restaurant. Has sushi from around 5p in the evening. Nice miso soup too.

Two weeks ago they didn't open the Windjammer (and Jade) until 6:30 PM in the evening. I tried to go in at 6PM and was surprised to see that it wasn't open yet.
