Taxi fare from MIA to Downtown

Hi Guys,

 

Just wondering what the cost from MIA to Courtyard Marriott downtown is.

 

I think I had read somewhere that there was a flat rate of $25.

 

Is this still the case? If not what is the current going rate.

Is this flat rate given by the yellow metered cabs or are there livery cabs? Do you ascertain the fare before entering the cab?

It was a flat rate posted on the cab window..yellow cab.

Not sure if you are looking to take a shuttle or a cab from your hotel, but a cab is like $10 flat rate from downtown to the port.

^ No downtown Miami hotel will shuttle to the port; you're on your own in a cab that will have a metered fare. $10 - $12 before tip is about average.
