earliest safe flight times after return to NYC

What is the earliest to be safe that one would want to book a departing flight out of any of the area NYC airports after cruise. This woulfd be from the Carnival terminal in NYC.

1 pm should be safe regardless of the airport, but absent disembarkation delays or traffic problems if you self disembark you might be able to make a flight as early as 11-11:30 am at LGA, which is usually the quickest trip from the pier. Personally, I wouldn't book a flight before 12 - 12:30. (I'm assuming your ship docks no later than 8am.)
