bennetts Posted March 9, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2010 I have a question regarding price changes and reductions, I would like someone to help me understand this , I booked early and received a good price 1 1/2 years ago on the Rhapsody for hawaii for a D1. Now RC is offerring JS at a 100.00 difference from what I paid for a D1, why am I being told by RC that I would have to pay the difference of 1000 dollars from what the JS was before it was reduced. Thanks in advance Sherry
Budget Queen Posted March 9, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2010 When are you sailing and are you within final payment?? The rates may be for "new bookings" and you do not qualify? This doesn't make a lot of sense?
CruisingGoddess Posted March 9, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 9, 2010 The only way this would make sense if the rate is for new bookings only. Even after final payment, RCI will issue you OBC for the difference. I switched cabin categories after final payment for my RCI cruise last November and got the difference as OBC.
