If you are referring to the fantail at the waterline- it's to give extra space for the azipods underneath.

Yes, get a table by the windows in Tuscan Grille! (Heya, Hcat! Always good to see ya!)

Loved our table and the excellent menu this restaurant offers.

 

From the window tables you can see the so-called 'flip' and understand its' placement a little better.
