MrChuckFL Posted March 18, 2010 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Bring your laptop and use it in port. I have yet to find a port that I couldn't get free wifi. Sometimes I get really lucky and I can use it from my balcony.
Rare NorbertsNiece Posted March 18, 2010 #6 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Another joy of having your own laptop/netbook with you is that you can upload your pics from your digital camera to your Hard Drive.

Rare NorbertsNiece Posted March 19, 2010 #8 Share Posted March 19, 2010 Price is the same fleet wide. Connection is faster later at night or very early in the morning.
rummenroman Posted March 19, 2010 #9 Share Posted March 19, 2010 Just to give you an idea of how slow it is.... I wanted to print off my boarding passes for my flight home. At home it takes all of a minute or two. On board it took my 15 minutes to do the same thing. I would compare it with the speed of a 56k dial up service from the early 90's!
