DVD burning in Oceania-at-Sea

Sorry I can't answer that but depending on the cost of your recording media, you may want to just bring extra.

I was having trouble with a new SD card so checked with the computer lab about writing the getting-full-but-still-good-old one to CD so I could reuse that card if needed. They' d pop it into a card reader and write it out to CD for $20. In the end I did not need it. Just a thought for an alternative.

I've read about OCeania's computer lab being able to burn CDs for you (or by you). Do they have DVDs on which you can load data? I want to save video rather than just photos.

Thanks

You'd better bring your own DVD.

Last time I asked, thay did not have any DVD's (I had a laptop but no DVD)

I think I found the solution to my data storage concern...a portable external hard drive. 500 MB should give me plenty of room to store all the video, film and audio files that I make on a 20 day trip! I'll take a USB connector and video away to my hearts content!:D I'm a happy camper.
