Does the cruise line allow you to bring your own brand of wine on board when you embark?

Depends on the cruiseline...some allow 1-2 bottles per adult....others allow NOTHING at all....

Carnival yes, 1 bottle per adult. Royal Caribbean, NO!

And the answer is - check with your cruise line. Each has its own policies regarding bringing alcohol onboard. Hope you have a great cruise.

Princess, yes unlimited. $15 corkage fee if you consume outside of your stateroom.

If you sail on HAL -- you can bring as much wine and champagne on board as you want. There is no limit.

If you consume it in your cabin -- no corkage fee.

If you take the bottle to the dining room there is an $18 per bottle corkage fee.
