Wine Mini Carafes

Are these available at all bars or just at buffet bar?

I haven't heard/seen these before. Please explain? Do they hold 2 glasses of wine at a reduced cost perhaps?

On the Equinox in December they were $9.95 + 15% gratuity. I was able to get them at the buffet and at the Aft bar just outside of the buffet. They were not available at the pool. I don't think I tried any other place. They held 2 generous glasses and I never had a problem taking the carafe to the cabin if I did not drink it all with lunch.
